Established in year 2013, we are one of the promising manufacturers and suppliers of B.O.D Incubator. It is used to maintain a optimum temperature for proper growth of test tissues and storage of bacterial culture. This incubator maintains a high degree of constant temperature inside it. Our product comprises an indirect heating system and a direct cooling system. It comes with a digital display temperature controller for easy control of inside temperature. Walls of B.O.D Incubator are filled with special grade glass wool to prevent thermal losses into surroundings.
The Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) incubators or low temperature incubators are double walled convection heated and cooled units. Outer body of our environmental chambers are constructed out of thick PCRC, pre-coated corrosion resistant GI sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of 304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our chambers.
Heating: Indirect heating system is provided in our units, comprising of air heaters made of high grade A-1 wires of suitable wattage. The warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through efficient motor fans ensuring very good temperature sensitivity.
Cooling: An energy efficient cooling unit is installed in our environment test chambers to enable studies at lower room
temperatures. We use high end CFC free compressors of Kirloskar/Tecumseh / Bitzer/ Danfoss make, conforming to latest international standards and guidelines.

Insulation: The gap of 75 mm between the outer and the inner wall is filled with special grade glass wool to prevent thermal losses.
Mineral Glass Wool Insulation: Glass mineral wool is one of the most environmentally friendly, stable and sustainable. It does not propagate flames and toxic smokes. The thick it is, the best thermal resistance it has, thus reducing heat losses in our equipmentâ€™s for better sensitivity and economical operations. And its impact on the environment is minimal.
Air circulation: Triple walled back of unit is fitted with two air circulation fans for maintaining temperature uniformity throughout the chamber.
Refrigeration System: An energy efficient cooling unit is installed in incubators to enable studies at lower room temperatures. We use ISI marked high end CFC free compressors of Kirloskar/Tecumseh / Bitzer/ Danfoss make, conforming to latest international standards and guidelines.
