Our blood bank refrigerators are made of corrosion free metal components with advance poly urethane insulation ensuring maximum thermal efficiency and durability.

Construction Details

Blood bank refrigerator is double walled cooled units. Outer body of our refrigerators are constructed out of thick PCRC, pre coated corrosion resistant GI sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner construction is made of stainless-steel sheet-304. The 100+ mm gap between the walls is filled high grade polyurethane insulation, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency.

Temperature Range

Temperature range of our refrigerator is +2^o C to +8^o C controlled by nanotechnology-based microprocessor temperature controller.

Temperature accuracy is +/- 1^oC or better

Illumination
Our blood bank refrigerators are provided with illumination system comprising of fluorescent lights. Fluorescent interior lamp with ON/OFF switch and a large view window in the outer door provide a clear view of stored items.
