Environmental Test Chamber

Environmental Test Chamber gives uniform temperature & humidity with highly precise & controlled accuracy demanded cost-effective testing. Environmental Temperature Humidity test chambers are designed for humidity extremes products like food, cell phones, automobile sensors, pharmaceuticals, Chemicals & etc.

Construction:

Outer body of Environmental Test Chamber cabinets are constructed out of thick PCRC, pre-coated corrosion resistant Mild Steel sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of 304 grade. Our Humidity Test Chamber models are trolley mounted with heavy duty caster wheels for easy mobility of equipment. Indoor glass door is optional which allows visibility of samples to be tested. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool / filled high grade poly urethane insulation, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our chambers. A rear chamber of interior if fitted the refrigeration evaporator, heater & powerful air circulating fan for creating positive airflow through the chamber.

Temperature Control:

An energy efficient cooling unit is installed in our humidity test chambers to enable studies at lower room temperatures.  We use high end CFC free compressors of Kirloskar/Tecumseh / Bitzer/ Danfoss etc make, conforming to latest international standards and guidelines.

A hermetically sealed compressor housed below the unit provides temperature below ambient. The same compartment houses a boiler with the immersion heater & water level controller for creating humidity. All controls are mounted on the top of the unit for better Viewing & controlling.

We use ISI-marked high-end CFC-free compressors of Emberco/Danfoss/Kirloskar/Tecumseh make, conforming to the latest international standards and guidelines.
