Laminar Air Flows are conceptualized to provide a work area completely bathed in high efficiency perfect air, which is free from any kind of particulate contamination or impurities. These units are ideally suited in all the applications, requiring protection of biological specimens or products from the possible contamination during the process or test.
The Laminar Air Flow clean bench pushes air through a H.E.P.A (High Efficiency Particulates Air) filter which is located at the top of enclosure. The air is directed downward onto the work surface at a constant speed.
Laminar Air Flow Functions:
Ina laminar air flow, the air is passed through a HEPA filter which removes allairborne sterile condition
Alaminar air flow consists of a filter pad, a fan and HEPA filter. The fan sucksthe air through the filter pad where dust in trapped. After that the profitedair has to pass the working (flasking) area where you can to all your flasking work without risk of contamination.

Our modularunits are fabricated of industrial grade stainless steel grade SS-304 or PCRCbody as desired. The inner portion painted with epoxy paint coating forextra-long life. The side panels made glass sheets are mounted on anodizedaluminum frames.

The fluorescent light housing isexternally mounted to provide optimum lighting into the work area. The acrylictop and side panels allow for additional ambient light and visibility into thework area.
